ABOUT RSR POLYPLAST

RSR Polyplast has been manufacturing plastics for over 20 years. What started as film extrusion has grown into a full conversion chain — film, sheet, print, and molding — so a buyer sourcing flexible packaging or foodservice disposables can work with one supplier instead of stitching together several.

That range is the point: the same buyer sourcing stretch film often also needs printed pouches, and the same buyer sourcing take-out containers often needs a custom molded part down the line. RSR Polyplast is built to cover that whole footprint.

We work directly with import and procurement teams, positioning as either a primary or backup supplier with samples and pricing available on request.

Film and sheet extrusion feed our own printing and forming lines, so a job can move from resin to finished, printed, packaged product without leaving the plant.

Our T-die line extrudes PP sheet, which feeds directly into our thermoforming machines — heated, pressed into mold cavities, and cut into cups, plates, and rigid food containers.

Print directly onto flexible packaging film — up to 8 colors on either process — so plain film, printed laminates, and branded or private-label packaging all run through the same supplier.
